Paddle Conveyor is used to convey wet paste, viscous and semi-fluid powder materials from one end to the other, and can mix and stir the materials while conveying. The conveying method can be horizontal or inclined (the inclination angle does not exceed 45°), and the inclined conveying can control the material conveying speed and mixing time through the inclination angle.
Single-axis paddle conveyor: With a single main axis as the core, the paddles are welded with equal spacing and the blade inclination angle is adjustable from 15° to 30°. The cylinder diameter is 200-600mm and the length is ≤30 meters, which effectively prevents bending and deformation. Its cost is 30%-40% lower than that of the double-axis, with fewer bearings, half the number of lubrication points, and easy maintenance. It is suitable for conveying lightweight powders with a density of less than 0.8g/cm³, short distances of less than 10 meters, and non-sticky materials with a moisture content of less than 15%.
Double-axis paddle conveyor: It relies on two parallel axes to rotate synchronously in opposite directions, the paddles are staggered, and are equipped with 2-5mm adjustable linings to prevent material jamming. It is 40%-60% more efficient than a single-axis conveyor, and reverse rotation achieves self-cleaning. It is suitable for conveying high-viscosity, long-distance (>15 meters) and easy-to-agglomerate materials that need to be broken.
