Application of Small Auger Feeder

Structure of Small Auger Feeder

Small Auger Feeder mainly consists of the following parts:

Feed port: The entrance used to receive materials to be transported.

Screw blade: Located in the cylinder, driving the material forward through rotation.

Cylinder: Wraps the screw blades to form a conveying channel to ensure smooth conveying of materials.

Driving device: Usually composed of a motor, reducer, etc., which provides power to drive the screw blades to rotate.

Discharge port: The material is discharged from here after being conveyed to complete the conveying process.

Working Principle of Small Auger Feeder

When the small auger feeder is running, after the material is conveyed to the shell of the single-tube screw feeder through the feed port, the material is subjected to the centrifugal force and the friction force of the tube wall in the internal spiral groove, and rotates together with the screw blade, and Under the action of gravity, it slides down the spiral groove, so that the material is continuously pushed forward and conveyed, and finally discharged evenly from the discharge port.
